A wedding is a family event.
A South Asian wedding is never only about the couple. Parents, grandparents, aunties and cousins all have a role, and every ritual has its own timing and its own people. When two families, and sometimes two traditions, come together, we plan with all of them in mind.
That means answering the parents’ questions as carefully as the couple’s, knowing who needs to be where for each ritual, and building a schedule the whole family can follow.

If something can be planned, we have planned it.
For us, planning means owning every piece of the weekend: the timeline, the vendors, the budget and the many small decisions in between. Families shouldn’t have to chase anyone or wonder what happens next.
Every RHS wedding runs from one master plan that we build and keep up to date. Vendors get their instructions in writing, families get a clear schedule, and every change is tracked until the last event ends.

How we choose vendors
A multi-day wedding means hundreds of decisions. We put them in order, so you always know what’s decided, what’s next and what can wait.
You’ll have regular check-ins, a shared timeline you can see at any point, and one person to call with questions. Parents are welcome in the process, and everyone works from the same information.
We protect your time and your budget. We’ll tell you where spending makes a real difference and where it doesn’t, and we track the budget line by line, so nothing comes as a surprise later.
How we guide you
Every planner has a list. We have a method. For each category, we present vendors chosen for your design, your traditions and your guest count.
Each recommendation comes with a short brief: why that vendor fits, what they do best and what to expect when working with them. Most couples choose in a single meeting, and we handle the contracts from there.
Our partners are photographers, florists, decor houses, caterers and production teams we have worked beside on large, multi-day weddings. We know how they work under pressure, and they know how we run an event. That’s what keeps the weekend on schedule.
Meet Hailey Shah
Hailey founded RHS Events in 2020. She started in Atlanta, where she became known for running large, multi-day weddings. She brings a background in science to the planning side: timelines built like protocols with every variable accounted for. She brings her own culture to everything else, so the rituals, the families and the order of things are second nature. She believes the details are what make one wedding different from the next, and she plans every one of them.
She designs every RHS wedding herself, from the concept and palette to the open-concept floral mandap later shown in Vogue India. Her weddings have taken place across the US, from The Biltmore Estate and Gaylord National Harbor to Château Élan and the InterContinental Buckhead, and in Cabo and Cancún. Her work has appeared in Vogue India, Elle India and Atlanta Style Weddings.
She is based in Atlanta and travels for every destination wedding she leads.
