Hailey’s approach to planning is structured, yet she gives you a lot of time and flexibility on executing the wedding of your dreams. She was very accommodating and flexible in terms of contact hours, number of meetings in a week, and never made us feel like there was an eye the clock. During the entire process, it felt like we were the only couple she was dealing with and was always on top of different milestones and due dates. Anytime I felt stressed, I knew I could simply pick up the phone and reach out to Hailey. One of the many things I enjoyed working with Hailey was that she always kept us honest and grounded with the recommended approach, drawing on her own experience. Hailey was always transparent with her thoughts on a certain idea or approach, and always kept us on track. Hailey also never pushed for specific vendors. Hailey was also instrumental on the actual design of day; she had a vision of intricate set pieces and specific ideas on how to execute, and on the wedding day she left everyone astonished! The first thing we have heard from any guest is how amazing the décor and flowers were! The wedding itself was beautiful, had more going on than we thought would happen, and it felt like she captured the festive spirit of our hybrid ceremony and reception!

Hailey really delivered for our 270 person wedding in Atlanta. We were originally looking for a day of coordinator but after our initial consultation we realized how much went into planning a 6 event Indian wedding. Hailey was transparent with us from start to finish & we couldn’t have asked for a better planner! She made sure everything ran smoothly & on time (which is unheard of for Indian weddings). It was such a big deal for us to attend and enjoy each of our events so Hailey made sure that happened and we were even able to attend our own cocktail hour!

Our services are for elegant couples who are looking to bring their dream wedding to life with minimal stress. Specializing in Indian weddings in the Atlanta area, we have the expertise to turn every wedding into a luxurious experience for you and your partner, your family, and your guests. Our goal isn’t to throw the biggest party but rather to create a special celebration that results in memories that will last a lifetime!
Our process is different from other wedding planners because we use a strategic step-by-step process that caters to you and your partner’s preferences and vision. It’s paramount to us that you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

The first step is to get in touch. Our team is excited to hear all about your vision for your big day, talk about your expectations, and get to know you and your partner! We love this step because it truly feels like we’re making new friends.

We don’t provide a list of preferred vendors because that doesn’t always guarantee you’ll work with the right vendor. Instead, we focus on what you’re looking for in a vendor and gather our top three vendor choices for each category that best fits your budget, style, and other considerations. We also provide an information packet on all the details you’ll need to know about working with them. From there, all you have to do is decide on your favorite, and we’ll take care of the booking.
in 5 simple steps
Next is the design stage where we’ll go over inspiration with you. Once we have an idea of the type of wedding, we’ll prepare a detailed styled guide for you. This is always an exciting stage because couples see their dream transform into reality! Once it’s approved, we will finalize it and notify our vendors so everyone is on the same page.

This is the most logistical stage as we’ll go over the timeline with both you and the vendors. It’s also essential that we host production meetings with our vendors and creative partners at the venue so that there are no surprises on the day-of. We’ll make any last minute changes and tie up any loose ends from there!
