A multi-day Indian wedding can mean four events, three venues and a muhurat that won’t move. We plan when the baraat lines up, how long the pheras will run, when the shuttles leave and who cues the dhol. Every vendor works from the same plan, and we walk each venue with them beforehand.

On the day, our team runs every event from setup to send-off. Things will shift over a long weekend. We plan for that too, so your family doesn’t have to.

We worked together to design a Pinterest board for each of my events, and the way the decor, the vibe, the ambiance ended up looking exactly like my vision was insane! A multi-day Indian wedding is a production: several events, often several venues, hundreds of guests, two families and a schedule set by tradition. We plan it like a production and design it like a single story, so each event feels distinct and the whole weekend feels connected.
RHS Events offers one service: complete planning and design, led personally by Hailey Shah from the first consultation to the final send-off. It’s how we make a wedding of hundreds feel like it was planned for one family.

design and concept
We meet you, and usually your parents, to understand the scale of the celebration: the events, the guest count, the traditions that matter, and what you want people to remember. If we are the right fit, you receive a proposal within a week.

Vendor selection
Every wedding begins with an original concept: a name, a palette, florals and a visual direction for each event. The design shapes every vendor choice, and the vendors help bring it to life.

For each category, we present vendors chosen for your design, your traditions and your guest count. Each comes with a short brief so you can choose quickly. We handle the contracts.

We build a minute-by-minute timeline for every event, walk each venue with the vendors, and run production meetings until every handoff is set. Families receive a clear schedule; vendors receive exact instructions.

Celebrating away from home
We have planned weddings across the United States, from The Biltmore Estate to Gaylord National Harbor, and in Cabo and Cancún. Planning away from home is different. The venue is new to the family, resorts have their own rules about fire ceremonies, outside catering and the baraat, and many local vendors have never worked an Indian wedding.
Hailey leads the planning and design just as she does in Atlanta. She visits the venue before the wedding and briefs each local vendor on the rituals and the timing. Local partners handle rentals and on-site crews, and our team runs every event on the day.
