David and Jinal wanted their wedding to be a celebration of love and culture. David, who is Guatemalan, embraced Jinal’s Indian heritage. Their wedding was a perfect blend of traditions and personal touches. As their Indian wedding planners, it was a joy to bring their vision to life!
Unlike the typical multi-day Indian wedding, David and Jinal opted for a single-day event. This streamlined approach allowed for an intimate yet grand celebration that captured the essence of their love story. The event was hosted at The Avalon Hotel, a sophisticated venue ideal for their large guest list.
Our planning process revolved around balancing tradition with modern elegance. From sourcing the best vendors to curating a seamless schedule, every detail was carefully planned to ensure that David and Jinal could savor every moment of their big day.
Jinal’s vision for the ceremony was a bohemian-inspired setting with a touch of Indian tradition. We designed an ethereal mandap adorned with pampas grass, soft florals, and muted tones to complement her red lehenga.
David’s Baraat was nothing short of spectacular. As a Guatemalan groom embracing Indian traditions, he wholeheartedly participated in this lively procession. To make the Baraat even more memorable, Jinal surprised David with a choreographed dance. This heartfelt gesture symbolized the couple’s deep bond and added a unique twist to the baraat.
For the cocktail hour, we introduced a creative and interactive element that reflected the bride’s love for abstract art. A large canvas was set up for Jinal and David to paint their first stroke as a married couple. Guests were invited to contribute their own artistic expressions, resulting in a collaborative masterpiece that served as a keepsake for the couple.
This unique activity not only engaged the guests but also added a deeply personal touch to the celebration.
The reception was luxurious and elegant. We designed a pampas grass based floral installation that left guests in awe. Opulent table settings with large pampas grass centerpieces and soft candlelight complemented the floral installation. The evening was filled with speeches that seamlessly transitioned into an energetic dance party, making it a night to remember.
Our role as Indian wedding planners is to ensure that every event we curate is as unique as the couple we celebrate. For David and Jinal, we aimed to create a day where love, culture, and artistry converged. From the initial planning stages to the final moments of their reception, our team worked diligently to deliver an experience that exceeded their expectations
The success of this wedding was a result of careful planning and collaboration with top-tier vendors. From floral designers and caterers to entertainment, every professional played a vital role in bringing the couple’s vision to life.
Our detailed timelines and proactive coordination ensured that each element of the day unfolded seamlessly. Whether it was arranging the Baraat, setting up the artistic cocktail hour, or managing the reception, our team’s dedication was evident in every aspect of the event.
David and Jinal’s wedding was a celebration of love that transcended cultural boundaries. Their trust in us to plan a significant day was a privilege.
